For several years, we have been proactive in managing our food waste by sending it to biomass facilities. This process transforms waste into renewable energy, helping us minimise our environmental impact. Double Gloucester Chive & Onion 200g - Best Before 01/02/25
Waxed Truckle Originally, double Gloucester was made by adding cream from overnight milking to the morning milk, which produced a much richer product that has that signature smooth buttery flavour that pairs so well with the full-bodied flavour of the chives and onions. A firm bodied cheese with a smooth closed creamy texture that is has a golden base with particulate pieces of onions and chives.
Sartori Espresso BellaVitano 150g - Best Before 01/05/25
A rich, caramelly cheddar meets savoury farmstead Parmesan. Texture is hard but creamy with a crystalline crunch. Espresso and cheese is the bold flavour pairing you’ve been missing.
