Redesdale Sheep’s Cheese (150g) - A sweet, subtle sheep’s cheese with a velvety texture and a refreshing tang. Light and complex, it surprises those expecting a strong flavour – elegant and refined. Northumberland Chilli Cheese (150g)  For those who like a gentle heat, this smooth and creamy cheese is infused with chilli for a balanced warmth that builds beautifully. Perfect with crackers, melted on tortilla, or paired with chorizo. Awards: Bronze – Bath & West British Cheese Awards 2024.

 

Chesterwood Goat’s Cheese (150g) - Elsdon goat’s cheese, carefully smoked for 8 hours over oak wood chippings. Its russet rind encloses a sweet, creamy interior with a delicate smokiness that lingers. Awards: 1st – Great Yorkshire Show 2025; Silver – Artisan Cheese Awards 2025.

Bleu d’Auvergne Entremont (125g) - A French blue cheese aged in tunnels for at least 28 days. Hand-salted for tradition and depth, it offers a crumbly texture and intense, aromatic flavour. Perfect on a cheeseboard or melted into rich dishes.  Pasteurised. NOT suitable for vegetarians 

 

Cinco Lanzas (200g) - A Spanish masterpiece made from a blend of sheep, goat, and cow’s milk, aged over 16 months. Nutty and complex with caramel and cinnamon notes, reminiscent of Manchego but uniquely rich. Pairs beautifully with dessert wines or dark chocolate.  Pasteurised and vegetarian
