Description
Zesty and vibrant with classic Marlborough character. Bursting with citrus, gooseberry and tropical fruit, balanced by a crisp, refreshing finish. Aromas of freshly cut grass, lime zest and passionfruit leap from the glass, followed by layers of gooseberry, green apple and a hint of elderflower. The palate is lively and expressive, with mouthwatering acidity and a mineral edge that adds structure and finesse. A beautifully balanced wine with a clean, dry finish that lingers.
Perfect with grilled seafood, goat's cheese salads or Thai green curry. Also pairs beautifully with sushi or fresh asparagus.
Pairs with Northumberland Chesterwood cheese.
