We source our goat's milk from a single herd in Yorkshire, to ensure full traceability, and to preserve the high quality of the milk. We have worked with the farmer for many years, and it is an extremely important relationship to our company.
We make a goat's cheeses, which is both hard-pressed. Elsdon for a creamy goat flavour, with citrus notes and a clean finish. Both of our award-winning goat's cheeses are pasteurised, and vegetarian.
