We source our milk from a single herd of goats in Yorkshire. We have held a relationship with the goat farmer for many years, and the wonderful milk which his goats produce is vital to our business.
Our Elsdon goats milk cheese has been lightly smoked over Oak wood chippings for 8 hours to produce a russet outer core and encase the sweet rich notes of the goats cheese whilst delivering a delicate natural smoky taste.
