Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery:£3.95 for orders up to 20 kg
  • Free delivery:Orders £40 & over (UK mainland, single address)

 

Special Delivery Areas

For deliveries to UK Highlands, Grampian (including Aberdeen), Islands, or Mainland Europe, please contact us for a quote.

 

Christmas Deliveries 2026

Select the 11th Dec 2026 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

If you opt for the delivery dates 14th - 18th December we may not be able to rectify any possible courier issues due to this being their busiest time.

Next delivery date 30th Dec & then the 5th Jan 2027.

Delivery Instructions

  • We may leave parcels in a safe, cool place or with a neighbour if no instructions are provided

 

Important Notes

  • Deliveries may arrive as late as 22:00 during peak times some deliveries are taking 48hrs
  • Contact us on 01670 789798 if your parcel doesn't arrive on the expected day
  • No refunds or reshipments for customer-rescheduled deliveries

  • Provide complete postcode and address for all deliveries
  • Double-check order confirmation for address accuracy
  • Include a mobile phone number for courier updates

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before despatch.

 

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Restricted to customers aged 18 and over
  • Illegal to buy alcohol for minors
  • Recipients appearing under 25 must show ID to the delivery driver
