• Elsdon goats' cheese (150g): Elsdon made with goats' milk from a single herd in Yorkshire. It is hard-pressed, and it has a closed texture. It is a beautiful pure white colour, and it has a delicate flavour, with a refreshing tang as the end note. The cheese maturity is approximately 3 months. 2023 won a 1st at Mid-Somerset Show.

• Northumberland Original Cheese (150g):The perfect all-rounder! With a smooth texture and a rich, buttery flavour it is ideal for sandwiches and cheese boards alike.
