- Redesdale Sheep's Cheese (150g):A sweet, velvety textured cheese with a refreshing tang. Gold winner at the 2022 Global Cheese Awards Frome.
- Northumberland Oak-smoked (150g):cheese is the real thing. Northumberland Original recipe cheese slow-smoked for 12 hours over real wood chippings. Northumberland Oak-Smoked is one of our bestselling cheeses. 2022 won GOLD at the Global Cheese Awards Frome.
- Elsdon goats' cheese (150g): Elsdon made with goats' milk from a single herd in Yorkshire. It is hard-pressed, and it has a closed texture. It is a beautiful pure white colour, and it has a delicate flavour, with a refreshing tang as the end note. The cheese maturity is approximately 3 months. 2023 won a 1st at Mid-Somerset Show.
- Northumberland Original Cheese (150g):The perfect all-rounder! With a smooth texture and a rich, buttery flavour it is ideal for sandwiches and cheese boards alike.
- Northumberland Chilli Cheese (150g):A perfect harmony of creamy and spicy! This cheese offers a smooth texture with a gentle warmth that builds to a delightful kick. Brilliant on crackers or for adding a bit of zing to your toasties.
- Chesterwood Goat's Cheese (150g):Our Elsdon cheese, smoked over oak for 8 hours. Winning many cheese awards in 2023!
