Northumberland Nettle cheese 150g is a cows` cheese, our bestselling cheese which is deliciously creamy Gouda-style cheese made richer with the addition of real nettles. 2022 won GOLD at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards. please note that Nettle is more mature at the moment.

Redesdale sheep's cheese 150g a sweet, subtle sheep's cheese. It has a rich, velvety texture, clean characteristic taste and refreshing tang. Those of you who hear 'sheep's milk' and are concerned that it will have the same strong character as a goat's cheese; try it. The subtle and enticing flavour will surprise you! 2022 won GOLD at the Global Cheese Awards Frome.

Northumberland Oak-smoked 150g cheese is the real thing; Northumberland Original recipe cheese slow-smoked for 12 hours over real wood chippings. Northumberland Oak-Smoked is one of our bestselling cheeses. 2022 won GOLD at the Global Cheese Awards Frome.

Elsdon goats' cheese 150g Elsdon is made with goats' milk from a single herd in Yorkshire. It is hard-pressed, and it has a closed texture. It is a beautiful pure white colour, and it has a delicate flavour, with a refreshing tang as the end note. The cheese is matured for approximately 3 months. 2023 won a 1^st at Mid-Somerset Show.

Northumberland Original cheese 150g We wanted to produce a cheese that would appeal to all cheese fans, one that would make a perfect cheese sandwich, and something on the cheese board that would suit everyone. A cool, silky texture bursts into a rich, buttery flavour with a satisfying finish.

Northumberland Chilli cheese 150g Northumberland Chilli cheese is for those who want to try something a bit different. Perfectly balanced, with the creaminess of Original cheese, and a flourish of chilli, this cheese has a building warmth which has a kick in the end. It is delicious with crackers, but also makes the perfect topping for a tortilla, or try paired with chorizo in a toastie. 

All of these cheeses are pasteurised and vegetarian.
