Chesterwood goats` Cheese 150g Our Elsdon goats milk cheese has been smoked over Oak wood chippings for 8 hours to produce a russet outer core and encase the sweet rich notes of the goats cheese whilst delivering a delicate natural smoky taste. 2024  The Artisan Cheese Awards GOLD winner & CLASS Winner for the best Smoked Cheese.

 

Northumberland Nettle cheese 150g is a cows` cheese, our bestselling cheese which is deliciously creamy Gouda-style cheese made richer with the addition of real nettles. 2025 won Gold at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards.

 

Chillingham Cheddar 300g A handmade mild Cheddar it is a semi-hard cheese with a smooth, creamy texture and a tangy flavour with slight sharpness.
