Northumberland Chilli cheese is for those who want to try something a bit different. Perfectly balanced, with the creaminess of Original cheese, and a flourish of chilli, this cheese has a building warmth which has a kick in the end. It is delicious with crackers, but also makes the perfect topping for a tortilla, or try paired with chorizo in a toastie.
