We are often asked questions about our ordering process so we thought we would provide a FAQ section here.  If you feel there is anything missing please click here to let us know.  

When should I order?

You can order up to 2 months in advance on our website, making it perfect for those who would like to be organised.  

When we create our hampers / gift selections we generally create X amount of them.  This means tha once the stock has been sold we will not necessarily get it back in.  Therefore if there is something that you think will be perfect for your Auntie Ann, take advantage of the future ordering facility.  

Don’t worry we will not pick and pack your order when you place it, it will be cut, picked and packed closer to your delivery date, ensuring that you receive the longest date possible on your cheese. 

I need my order for a specific delivery date.

That is not a problem we deliver Tuesday – Friday via DHL. 

We do recommend that you don’t leave it to the last minute i.e. you need the order for Thursday so you get it delivered for Wednesday although our delivery service is a next day service sometimes unexpected things can occur during the delivery process. 

Can I pick up in store?

Yes, use our website and during the checkout process you can opt for pick up in store / click and collect. 

You will still need to select a date for collection.  If the date you would like is not there, select the closest date before your required date and either give us a call and we can manually change it or leave a note in the delivery instructions.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes if you are sending to an address within the UK and you are else where you can order on our website.  We find that overseas customers can checkout easily using the PayPal method. 

Where is my tracking information?

You need to provide a mobile telephone number at checkout and you will receive text messages updating you of your delivery.
