Stockan’s Orkney Thin Triangle Oatcakes 100g - are made with fine milled oats and no added sugar. This oatcake is perfect for your cheeseboard or can be enjoyed on its own or with a wide variety of sweet or savoury toppings such as cheese, chutney, jams or seafood.
What better way to truly understand how our delicious Northumberland Cheeses are made than by spending an hour in our shoes (or wellies to be precise!). Our friendly and experienced cheesemakers will share with you the story from the moment the milk is delivered directly from the farm, through the churning, moulding, brining, maturing and packaging until that great moment when the cheese is in your hand. In our despatch department is where you will enjoy the fruits of our labour and commence the Northumberland Cheese tasting session.
This is an experience like no other; step behind the scenes and take the chance to understand what it means to be truly local and completely traceable. After the tour enjoy a Traditional Afternoon Tea in our Cheese Loft Cafe, with sandwiches, homemade scones, and selection of sweet treats, served with house tea or filter coffee A thoughtful gift for the cheese fiends in our lives.
Cheese Tours take place in the dairy, which is an industrial premises. For this reason, we do not recommend tours for anyone needing assistance with walking. Suitable for 13 years +
