Our bestselling Gouda-style cows’ cheese is deliciously creamy, made richer with the addition of real nettles for a subtle, earthy freshness.
Northumberland Chilli Cheese (150g):
A smooth, creamy cheese with a flourish of fiery chilli. The warmth builds with every bite, ending in a satisfying kick. Perfect with crackers, melted in a toastie, or atop a tortilla.
Mango & Ginger 170g - waxed Truckle. Succulent chunks of mango & gentle ginger bring a fruity, slightly acidic flavour to the creaminess and smoothness of Wensleydale providing a fresh and clean taste.
