    About Sheep's Cheese

    Marc Robertson, the founder of Northumberland Cheese Company, began his career as a sheep farmer, and wanting to diversify, he learnt how to make cheese. Redesdale was the first cheese which he made, and it is a delicious, hard-pressed sheep's milk cheese, which is vegetarian and pasteurised. It is a beautifully fresh-tasting cheese, which is award-winning.
