Tynedale Cheese 150g A strong and full flavoured cheese with a smooth cheddar texture.
Vintage Red Leicester 200g waxed truckle. A classic Red Leicester Cheese with a savoury and nutty flavour and russet red colour. (This is a substitution for Balsamic & Onion which is in the picture due to supply issues)
