It is a beautiful pure white colour, and it has a delicate flavour, with a refreshing tang as the end note. The cheese is matured for approximately 3 months. 2024 won Gold at Global Cheese Awards

Chesterwood goats` Cheese 150g Our Elsdon goats milk cheese has been smoked over Oak wood chippings for 8 hours to produce a russet outer core and encase the sweet rich notes of the goats cheese whilst delivering a delicate natural smoky taste. 2024  The Artisan Cheese Awards GOLD winner & CLASS Winner for the best Smoked Cheese. 

Northumberland Original cheese 150g We wanted to produce a cheese that would appeal to all cheese fans, one that would make a perfect cheese sandwich, and something on the cheese board that would suit everyone. A cool, silky texture bursts into a rich, buttery flavour with a satisfying finish.

Hadston Cheese 200g A special selected vintage cheddar, brittle in texture with a full flavour & salty crunch.
