A Traditional London Dry Gin with botanical flavours of Meadowsweet and Honey to give a soft flavour finished with Lemongrass & Heather to balance it out and give a lingering citrus taste on the palate. Ideally served with a light or Mediterranean tonic & lemon perfect for the summer.

The historic flora of Holy Island provides the inspiration for our dry gin, infused as it is with Meadowsweet, a herb that grows here on Lindisfarne. Meadowsweet to the Anglo Saxons was revered and sacred for its versatile and beneficial qualities. 

It is the signature botanical in our carefully crafted dry gin. With hints of the wild, this bottle contains a unique botanic blend, with a rich social history. A gin to grace the pallet of the connoisseur.
