Elsdon goats' cheese 150g Elsdon is made with goats' milk from a single herd in Yorkshire. It is hard-pressed, and it has a closed texture. It is a beautiful pure white colour, and it has a delicate flavour, with a refreshing tang as the end note. The cheese is matured for approximately 3 months. 2024 won Sliver at the Artisan Cheese Awards. 2023 won a 1st at Mid-Somerset Show.
Northumberland Chilli cheese 150g Northumberland Chilli cheese is for those who want to try something a bit different. Perfectly balanced, with the creaminess of Original cheese, and a flourish of chilli, this cheese has a building warmth which has a kick in the end. It is delicious with crackers, but also makes the perfect topping for a tortilla, or try paired with chorizo in a toastie. 2024 won a Bronze at the Bath & West British Cheese Awards.
