Truffle Cheddar 150g – waxed truckle. The Mature Cheddar is one of our most popular cheeses and the base for all of our blended and smoked varieties, this creamy and full-flavoured cheese is really something to talk about, with the delicately infused Black Truffle. Suitable for vegetarians.
Wensleydale with Mango & Ginger 170g - waxed Truckle. Succulent chunks of mango & gentle ginger bring a fruity, slightly acidic flavour to the creaminess and smoothness of Wensleydale cheese. Suitable for vegetarians.
