Elsdon goats' cheese (150g): Elsdon made with goats' milk from a single herd in Yorkshire. It is hard-pressed, and it has a closed texture. It is a beautiful pure white colour, and it has a delicate flavour, with a refreshing tang as the end note. 2024 won Gold at Global Cheese Awards, 2023 won a 1st at Mid-Somerset Show.
Chesterwood Goat's Cheese (150g):Our Elsdon cheese, smoked over oak for 8 hours. 2024 The Artisan Cheese Awards GOLD winner & CLASS Winner for the best Smoked Cheese. 2024 won Sliver at the Virtual Cheese Awards, the International Cheese & Dairy Awards & the Royal Cheshire Show.
Redesdale Sheep's Cheese (150g):A sweet, velvety textured cheese with a refreshing tang. Gold winner at the 2022 Global Cheese Awards Frome. 2024 won Bronze at the Mid Somerset show, the International Cheese & Dairy Awards & at the Global Cheese Awards.
