Nicholson’s Butchers in Whitley Bay, headed-up by Kathryn Nicholson, submitted a home-made individual Steak and Blagdon Blue Cheese Pie in the Hot Pies and Bakery Category at Q Guild Smithfield Awards, and was awarded a perfect score in the category.
