Made from the milk of a single Yorkshire herd, Elsdon is a hard‑pressed goats’ cheese with a close, pure‑white texture and a delicate, clean flavour that finishes with a refreshing tang.

EweMoo – 150g
Born from a happy accident when rich sheep’s milk met fresh cow’s milk, EweMoo is a distinctive small‑batch farmhouse cheese. Its pale ivory paste and thin natural rind give way to a smooth, supple texture that becomes lusciously creamy as it warms. The flavour is round and mellow, with buttery sweetness, a whisper of lanolin warmth from the sheep’s milk and a soft, fresh‑cream note from the cow’s milk, finishing slightly nutty.
