A Note on Cheese Wedding Cakes...

We receive 100s of enquiries for Cheese Wedding Cakes, and who wouldn't want one? An alternative to your regular fruit cake, this savoury beauties can be served as the cheese or dessert course, look the part, and are the perfect munchies after happy champagne swigging.

 

The priority for most couples is tasting the cheese! There are two options available for trying the cheeses...

• Book a consultation: We hold consultation days every third Saturday of the month (apart from October-December, which is the busy Christmas period) between 11-3pm. You will meet either Andrew or Charlie, try all of the cheeses, and be talked through the sizes. You can then place your order. The cost of a consultation is Ј20.00, but this counts towards the Ј50.00 deposit (so only Ј30.00 will be charged when you place your order). • Purchase a Cheese Wedding Cake Sample Pack: These are available here. The cost is Ј15.00 (plus delivery), and the Wedding Cake Sample Pack is perfect for those living outside of Northumberland, or people who can't make the consultation days. Like the consultation charge, the Ј15.00 will contribute to the cost of the deposit.

Cake options:

• Four-tier: This is our most popular type of cake. It cost between Ј250-400. A four-tier cake will feed over 120 people, but the large 8.5kg bottom tier can be halved horizontally to make a shallower layer, and feed closer to 100 people
• .
• Split-layered: The cake is made of halved mediums, and feeds 80-100 people. It costs approximately Ј150-200
• 
• There are other options available for smaller and larger parties! Please just ask
